정보와 출처
사용자가 입력하거나 선택한 식사·사진·체중·목표 칼로리 기록과, 자동 추천에 입력한 생년월일·성별·키·활동량·목표, 이를 바탕으로 계산·추정한 칼로리와 추이를 처리합니다. 정보는 사용자 입력과 사용자가 요청한 계산·AI 결과에서 받습니다. 광고업체나 데이터 판매업체에서 건강정보를 구매하지 않습니다.
목적과 처리 업체
기록 저장·표시·동기화·내보내기와 사용자가 요청한 칼로리 추정·삽화 생성에 사용합니다. Google(Firebase)은 기록과 사진을 저장하고 서버를 제공합니다. OpenAI에는 별도로 동의한 요청의 사진·메모·식사 설명·앱 언어를 보내 분석·삽화 생성과 안전 검토를 합니다. 지원 문의에 직접 첨부한 건강정보는 Google Workspace로 처리합니다. 계열사에 건강정보를 제공하거나 건강정보를 판매·광고 목적으로 공유하지 않습니다.
선택과 삭제
앱은 건강 관련 기록을 처음 저장하기 전에 이 정보의 저장 항목, 목적, 보관 기간, 거절·철회 영향을 보여 주고 이용약관·AI 이용 동의와 별도로 동의를 받습니다. 동의하지 않거나 설정 > 데이터 및 개인정보 > 개인정보 및 AI 이용 > 건강 관련 정보 저장에서 철회하면 기록의 새 저장·수정과 AI 기능을 쓸 수 없지만, 기존 기록 보기·내보내기·삭제와 계정 삭제, 구독 관리, 문의는 계속 쓸 수 있습니다. 철회해도 이미 저장한 기록은 자동으로 삭제되지 않으므로 필요하면 기록을 개별 삭제하거나 계정을 삭제해 주세요. 체중·프로필 입력과 AI 이용은 선택 사항이며 AI 동의는 별도로 철회할 수 있습니다. 저장·보관·복구본에 관한 세부 내용은 개인정보처리방침과 계정 삭제 안내에 있습니다.
요청과 이의제기
건강정보의 처리 확인, 사본, 동의 철회 또는 삭제를 요청하려면 [email protected]로 보내 주세요. 본인 확인이 필요할 수 있습니다. 워싱턴주 소비자 건강정보법이 적용되는 요청은 접수 후 45일 안에 처리하며, 필요한 경우 이유를 안내하고 한 번 더 45일 연장할 수 있습니다. 요청을 거절한 경우 같은 이메일로 이의를 제기할 수 있고 45일 안에 결과와 이유를 회신합니다. 이의제기도 거절되면 워싱턴주 법무장관에게 민원을 제출할 수 있습니다. 다른 지역의 더 짧은 법정 기한은 그대로 적용합니다.

FoodLog Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice
Data and sources
We process meal, photo, weight, and calorie target records you provide; birth date, sex, height, activity, and goals supplied for automatic recommendations; and calories and trends calculated or estimated from these records. Sources are your inputs and the calculations or AI results you request. We do not buy health data from advertising companies or data brokers.
Purposes and providers
We use this data to store, display, sync, and export records and provide calorie estimates and illustrations you request. Google (Firebase) stores records and photos and supplies our servers. For requests you separately consent to, OpenAI receives photos, notes, meal descriptions, and app language for estimates, illustrations, and safety review. Health information you include in support emails is processed through Google Workspace. We do not disclose health data to affiliates, sell it, or share it for advertising.
Choices and deletion
Before you first save a health-related record, the app shows what is stored, why, how long it is kept, and what declining or withdrawing means, and asks for consent separate from the Terms of Use and AI consent. If you decline, or withdraw in Settings > Data & privacy > Privacy & AI use > Health-related information, you can’t add or edit records and AI features are unavailable, but you can still view, export, and delete existing records, delete your account, manage your subscription, and contact us. Withdrawing does not automatically delete saved records, so delete individual records or your account if you want them removed. Weight and profile inputs and AI use are optional, and AI consent can be withdrawn separately. See our Privacy Policy and account deletion guide for storage, retention, and recovery copies.
Requests and appeals
Email [email protected] to confirm processing, obtain a copy, withdraw consent, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity. For requests covered by Washington’s consumer health data law, we respond within 45 days of receipt and may extend once by 45 days with notice and a reason. If we deny a request, you can appeal through the same email; we respond to appeals within 45 days with the result and reasons. If your appeal is denied, you may complain to the Washington Attorney General. Shorter applicable deadlines elsewhere still apply.
