These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the App published by Gomsoon Labs LLC. They apply to all users of the App.

2. App Purpose

The App is an independent study app and educational tool for US driver's written tests in California, Texas, Washington, New York, and New Jersey. It is not legal advice, not a substitute for official handbooks, and not an official government service.

3. No Government Affiliation

The App is published by Gomsoon Labs LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by California DMV, Texas DPS, Washington DOL, New York DMV, New Jersey MVC, or any other government agency.

4. Study Content and Accuracy

Practice questions are generated for study based on official driver handbooks. They are not actual exam questions from any licensing authority.

Rules, test formats, and requirements may change. You should check official state agency materials for the latest information.

Remote content is delivered via Firebase and may require an internet connection for the latest versions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Personal Use License

Subject to these Terms and your payment (if applicable), Gomsoon Labs LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own study purposes.

If you purchased the App through an app store, payment and refunds are governed by that store's policies. The App does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, or ads as of the effective date above.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not copy, redistribute, resell App content, reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law, or use automated tools to scrape content at scale.

7. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing any exam. Test formats, passing scores, and requirements may change without notice.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOMSOON LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by applicable laws, unless otherwise required by law.
